RecoverRevenue (“RecoverRevenue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a trade name operated by Chase Szarek. This policy explains what information we collect when you use recoverrevenue.co, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, our revenue-leak audit request form, and our SMS program.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information we collect
We only collect information you give us directly. We do not buy contact lists and we do not collect sensitive personal information.
- Business details — business name, website or social profile, your role, revenue bracket, and your estimates of missed inbound volume and average customer value.
- Contact details — your work email address, and, if you provide it, your mobile phone number and Instagram handle.
- SMS consent record — if you opt in to text messages, we record that you checked the consent box, along with the date, time, and the page you opted in from.
- Basic technical data — standard web server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
How we use it
- To produce and deliver the revenue-leak audit you requested.
- To contact you about that audit and to schedule a call, by email and — only with your express consent — by text message.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
- To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, including retaining proof of SMS consent.
SMS and mobile information
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We send text messages only to numbers that have been submitted to us with an affirmative, unchecked-by-default opt-in on our audit request form at recoverrevenue.co/book.html. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of receiving the audit or of purchasing anything from us.
Message frequency varies and is typically fewer than 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can request help by replying HELP or by emailing chase@recoverrevenue.co. Full program terms are in our SMS Terms & Conditions.
How we share information
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties, affiliates, or lead-generation partners for their own marketing purposes.
Your mobile phone number and your SMS consent are never included in any disclosure described below. Those two items are used by us, to message you, and for nothing else.
Other information you give us is handled by service providers acting on our behalf and under contract — our email delivery provider and our scheduling provider — strictly so they can perform that service for us. Your mobile number is passed only to the telecommunications carrier required to deliver a message you asked to receive, which is not a marketing disclosure. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
Retention
We keep audit request records and contact details for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. SMS consent records are retained for at least four years after the consent is given or withdrawn, as required for compliance.
Your choices and rights
- Email — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
- Text messages — reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately.
- Access, correction, or deletion — email chase@recoverrevenue.co and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are intended for business owners and operators. They are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
